I've been literally thinking about so much...
Headcanon: Susan returned to Calormene after the whole ordeal with Rabadash and before she disappeared to England. She found the prince a very changed man who had grown more grave, quiet, and patient. He asked her to reconsider his proposal. She almost accepted, feeling some old emotions of the man who courted her in Narnia. But to her better judgment, she refused. She did offer friendship. And Rabadash genuinely felt sorry when she disappeared.

this was THE headcanon in my head since I first read hhb
I love redemption arcs so much
sadly the narnia BOOKS (hhb specifically) fandom isn't as big as mdzs
so no redemption arc for rabadash... Until I do it myself >;)
