taehyun who was busy doing the dishes halted all of his movements in surprise, a plate almost slipping out of his fingers. you took the chance to leave your seat and make your way closer to him, putting your arms around his waist, backhugging him tightly as if telling him how much you love him. you heard him put the plate down, taking off his gloves shortly after.

"i cant see your face like this, say it again," he gently said, turning his body to face you.

considering this is your first time saying 'i love you' you cant help feeling embarrassed.

"i... l-love-" you felt a quick peck on your lips, catching you off guard.

taehyun's fingers held your chin, making your eyes meet his.

"i didnt quite catch that, what is it again?"

"i-" again, a peck on your lips.

oh now he's just messing with you.

you were about to raise your hand to shove him away in protest, but he was quick to catch it, before bringing it to his lips.

"I," a kiss on the palm of your hand.

"love," a kiss on your knuckles.

"you," on your forehead.

"too," and lastly, on your lips.
