Brielle was invited to the flea market by her friend Raj, who totally didn’t show up, mind you! She didn’t really have a need for anything, however she ended up buying an alien skull fossil 👽
“Raj! I thought you weren’t going to show up...”
“Didn’t we say 12:30?”
“....Oh, i thought we were meeting at 11:30!”
“Gosh I’m so sorry! I asked you to come here though because I’ve got a pressing question....”
dogs showin’ up to brielle’s house while she’s at work. they nap in the house and dip before she gets home 😭😭
she leaves food and toys in the front of the house for them, so she definitely knows they’re roaming around her place 😊😊
One of the dogs that comes by really often is Walley. Brielle had a really special connection with them, so she decided to adopt him! 😍
Walley is really trying his best to get used to his new home. He’s got a few quirks, like being absolutely frightened by the sizzling sounds the stove makes. However, he loves the sound of the vacuum cleaner and will often just sit and watch Brielle clean! 😅😅
OK...so I missed taking a bunch of pictures in game....and uh Brielle ended up pregnant with TRAVIS SCOTT’S BABY??? Of course she has one SimDa hookup and she gets knocked up. She’s not very excited about it...l o l 😬
Brielle figured it might be a good idea to let Travis know about the baby, so she invited him out to dinner. Their conversation did not go as well as Brielle had hoped...
“Hey...so, we need to chat about some things...regarding what happened a few weeks back...”
“Oh..sure. What’s on your mind?”
“Well, it looks like something went wrong and uhh...”
“....uh what? You’re not...pregnant..are you?”
“...yeah -- I am . And before you freak out, I’m not here to demand anything from you, just to give you some op--”
“Whoa whoa!! l said that as a joke, you’re really pregnant?! I can’t be a dad right now!
“Well if you didn’t cut me off, I would have been able to finish saying that I was going to give you options!”
“Our food is here, why don’t we just eat and table this discussion for now...”
(once again, i sucked at taking pictures, especially during the pregnancy)
SO! The day has come. It’s baby time. The little one is on the way!
“Hi, which way to the delivery unit?”
“Please head to the elevators down that hall. Go to the second floor and take a right. You will head straight into the maternity ward.”
Brielle met with her doctor, Geoffrey Landgraab, and he delivered Brielle’s son, Glen!
As you can see from the picture above, Brielle has lots of mixed feelings about being a mother...
And because babies are absolutely useless in TS4, I aged Glen up to an adorable little toddler! Look at his beautiful lil eyes 😍
Since Brielle is feeling pretty hopeless about motherhood, she turned to her friends for some comfort. Paolo, Jenny, and Candy along with Brielle all met up for a few drinks.
“This is not what I wanted...I don’t know why I went through with it...I wish I could just come out and not feel guilty about leaving Glen at home...”
“You’ll get through this Brie; and if you need any help you can always lean on us. We’re here for you. Besides, you deserve to have fun!”
“Thanks Jenny, but it’s not that easy. I just don’t feel any connection with Glen. And he’s my son! I should feel some sort of love or affection for him!”
“You don’t even love him?”
“I don’t know Candy...I don’t know what to feel!”
Meanwhile at home...the babysitter Brielle hired got electrocuted by the dryer while doing a load of laundry and died. 💀💀
While at the bar, Brielle got a phone call and rushed home.
“Oh my GOSH. I am SO SORRY! How did this happen!!”
“Goodness me...am I a ghost??”
“What do you remember doing last?”
“Well, I was throwing some laundry into the dryer, and then I fell a rush of electricity. It’s all blank after that...”
“I can’t believe this happened on your first day! I really am so sorry!”
“It’s really not your fault...I’ve always been quite prone to injuries...”
Glen may have only spent one day with his nanny, but they bonded really quickly...so he’s feeling pretty bummed about losing his nanny already 😪
In an effort to cheer Glen up, Brielle purchased a kiddie pool on her way home from work the next day. Although she has mixed feelings about having had Glen, she is slowly starting to warm up to him.
“Hey buddy, what do you think of the water? Is it fun?”
“Yeah yeah mommy, fun fun!!”
In an on-going effort to liven up the mood around the house, Brielle invited a bunch of friends over for dinner. Brielle even invited Travis over in order to do some bonding with Glen.
“Jenny! You’re so far along. When are you due?”
“Oh gosh, I think I’m around 8 months; closer to nine I think? Probably due any day at this rate....”
“That’s so exciting, how are you feeling?”
“I’m feeling like this is my third time being pregnant and I’m about ready for it to be over.”
Brielle and Paolo disappeared for a bit during the little gathering. They were feeling, as you can see, a bit frisky. When they came back, Jenny noticed that they couldn’t keep their hands off each other. Hmm...what’s going on between these two 👀👀
The next day, Oasis Springs had it’s first snow! Of course, nothing stuck to the ground because of ya know, desert and such, but it was really exciting to see. Because the sims of Oasis Springs haven’t ever experienced so much (so little lol) snow, Brielle had the day off. Brielle took this time to fine tune her cooking skills and made Walley a fancy lunch!
More bonding! This time, Brielle and Glen built a cute lil sandy cow-plant in the front yard. This actually helped them gain a positive sentiment now, instead of Brielle having just a negative one 🥺🥺
Brielle and Glen’s relationship has been getting quite strong as of late. And since Glen needs to start preschool soon, Brielle wanted to make sure Glen went in prepared.
“Ok lil guy, what do you see?” “Mmm...red!” “Yes, they are red. But what is the animal?” “Ummm...cr-cr-crab!” “Yes, that’s very good!”
Ya’ll remember the nanny who died using the dryer? Well, Brielle felt really bad about it, so she invited him to join their household to continue helping out and to give him a wonderful afterlife! As a thank you for her generosity, Emmanuel (nanny’s name, usually goes by Manny), cooked up a wonderful Spring Fest grand meal. Not long after that, those pesky lil gnomes showed up.
“Manny...what do we do about this gnomes?”
“Well, according to what I’ve learned in the afterlife, you’re supposed to give them gifts. The grim gnomes like pie, and the bunny gnome prefers a salad.”
