A followup to sunrEYEs.
Description: In a stained glass style, a giant eye with a crescent moon reflected in its pupil rises over mountains and pine trees at night. The colors are cool shades of purple, blue, and green with the moon in pale yellows. The eye is in shades of blue.

Leaping against a rainbow background, a long fuzzy neon green dragon grins, forked yellow tongue lolling out. They have six stubby legs, the front pair outstretched to show off dark green toe pads. Their four feathered wings are bright yellow. Two fuzzy antennae rise over their head and their ears stream behind them. Their orange-yellow eyes with luscious lashes sparkle with hearts and stars.

Summary: With the world cracked and barely saved, Cynder takes it upon herself to end the purple dragon threat for good. Content to die with them she is saved by an unexpected ally, the golden star which has been guiding her out of darkness since they met. Together Cynder and Sparx are the only ones who can stop darkness from rising again, but will they?
I wrote this in, uh... 2011? 2010? I don't even remember. It's a little story I still think about and it made so many people mad back in the day. Which is a sure sign it needs to come back. :D
This was technically a sequel to a series of vignettes I was writing that sets up a more definitive relationship between Sparx and Cynder. The only one I finished is the first chapter, so you'll have to pretend I wrote five more of those to establish how Sparx feels. Cynder has a complicated history and curiosity became obsession became love. Sparx overcame his fear thanks to Spyro's determination to see good in everyone and after all the adventures he's become fond of her. The world just ended and there's no point in mincing words between them now.
When PhealGud told me what he was working on, an RPG with weight-based mechanics, I immediately had an idea! This game is such a hoot, I can't wait to play it sometime. The book is gorgeous and if you want to see more of the work I did for it as well as many other fantastic artists, check it out here:
Description: Sneaking through a narrow stone hallway lit by torchlight, a very thicc green bunny wizard crushes an armored knight into the wall with their massive rear end. Both look deeply surprised, the bunny on tip toes in a sneaking posture. The bunny is wearing maroon pants that match their dark purple-and-blue trimmed vest and pointed hat, green ears poking out of the wide brim. Their lavender shirt drags on the floor, cushioning the fuzzy green belly it can't contain. Most of the knight is pinned by one bum cheek, a gold-clad leg snared in fat rolls, the spear in one hand pinned to the wall by an arm.

Henna tattoos cover every bit of bare skin from their long tail curled over toes, to their ears which are also beringed with silver hoops and have decorative nicks cut in the edges. They wear small glasses and have their long white hair pulled back in a ponytail. Green bushes rise behind them, a steaming tea pot sitting on a table which matches their rounded seat.

A lot of folks who want art from me start off with small talk and I am here to say: it is okay to just open the conversation asking for art! :)
I am very bad at small talk and nuance. When people come in my notes or dms in kind of just a chatty way, asking how I've been or talking about work, I have no way to know if this is an opening to talk business or if we're just chatting and I will not direct the convo toward commissions because that would be rude and presumptuous of me. So if you're wanting some art it is fine to say so dirctly to me. :) I know that's not true of everyone but I am a very direct person.
This is not to say you can't just chit chat with me. I'm a well trained visitor and can happily talk about nothing with anyone for hours if I'm not too socially overwhelmed at the time. :D And I love a good chat about fandoms and things we may have in common. I'm even up for talking about weird stuff; I am asexual but I collect fetishes as an accidental hobby and it is interesting to me to learn what makes people tick in this regard.
So! If you want art and that's why you're reaching out, please say that! It will save us both time and ensure that you don't miss out because I am too socially dense to realize when people want art if they're having a casual conversation first. XD

Been super exhausted lately (barely sleeping for a month will do that) and wanted to make sure I can still draw, so I drew a @sbbofficialblog aka SuperButterBuns. :) Y’all should check her out. She’s very funny and makes great videos. Would not have played Nier Automata without her and Clemps talking about that game. :)
Haven’t had time to draw something for myself in awhile and since I’ve been sick I decided to treat myself.

A green orb glows under their chin. Their body is long and segmented like a milipede, red with each segment ending in orange. As of today, my guide dog Petey has cost me over $600 in a single month for vet bills. By the end of the month it’s going to be $800, at minimum. To put that in perspective, my entire monthly income is around $900. I want her to be as well as she can be in her golden days so I’ve been putting it on credit and every month shoveling hundreds of dollars into that debt hole with nothing to show for it. And I’ll be doing it until she’s gone because I owe her the best for all she’s done for me.
I’m opening for these somewhat simpler commissions I can get done sort of quick while I am also at a training center with 9 hour days all week.
