Just some photos I took in Re6 and I finished Leon's campaign!! I really loved playing it even when the controls would only flash for a second and then I'd suddenly be dead. But I really liked the story and just seeing Leon's emotions and stuff. Some moments you can see just how caring he is and it made me melt. Anyway that's all and I'm going to do Chris's campaign next!

౨ৎ thinking about this trope but with aeon.

it really made me think of a few passages. First in re6 where’s leon, after watching the video tape of a clone of ada emerging from a cocoon (which is none other than clara).

you can read his confusion in his facial expressions, which later joins his questioning.

later, after seeing Leon and Helena both confused by what's going on, ada watches the "happy birthday ada wong" tape. The first thing she says after watching it is : " no wonder leon is confused. " he didn't need to verbally express his confusion to her; she already knew how he reacted.

this goes back to the fact that she knows him, despite everything. like in the boat scene in the remake of re4, where Leon glances at her, seems to want to say something, but doesn't take the first step and ask her directly.

leon is the first to look at the other on the boat. He gives her a quick glance before turning his head and looking away. Just after, ada turns her head slightly, to look at him too, before turning her attention back to what’s in front of her.

leon then seems to want to look at her again, with his head tilting to one side then back to the other, but doesn't do so. He's hesitant, not sure how to approach her, or ask his question.

it’s ada who breaks the silence, noticing his confusion, his hesitation. She can easily tell what he's thinking, it goes with ada's perceptive, observant nature. This idea of " i know you " can be seen just after where she tells him : " you haven’t changed, you just think you have. "

despite leon’s colder, more distant demeanour than before in raccoon city, she knows that deep down he’s still the same leon. The same leon who wants to protect the innocent, help people and make a difference.

i personally love this trope and these details in their relationship. the fact that ada and leon meet most of the time on missions, in very harsh, traumatic conditions (like raccoon city, las plagas...). and so she sees a part of him that few people get to see.

she always seems to read him pretty easily. Perhaps it's their traumatic experiences that connect them, both having been through the same missions, knowing what the other has been through. It's a bond that they share. It also made me think of the lyrics "where you go, i go, what you see, i see" and i think it suits them well. (help idk if it makes any sense)

i will never shut up about the parallels between this scene and the one in re2 remake.

how, in both scenes, they find themselves in the same exact position. Both trying to pull the other up so that they don’t fall into the void.

but unfortunately their hands end up slipping, causing the other person to fall.

how both stretch out their hands in the hope of perhaps catching them, but it's too late. (also hearing leon's "no" of despair still hurts my heart)

both scenes feature the tragic fates of the characters. Helena saw her sister transform before her eyes, and tried to bring her back to herself, only to lose her.

and Leon, who bonded with a woman he thought was on the same side as him, only to learn that in reality she is a spy who wants to steal the G-virus. Despite the feeling of betrayal, he didn't want to lose another person in Raccoon City. Another person he couldn't save.

just look at his face when he realizes that he might not be able to save her.

it's an event that has left its mark on leon. And when he and ada watch Helena lose her sister in the same way they left each other in Raccoon city, the two immediately looked at each other.

you can see that it reminds them of the past. And for just a few seconds, their eyes meet. Leon seems thoughtful, or sorry for Helena, because he can understand the feeling of losing someone you care about like this.

even though the two scenes have different backgrounds, the parallels between them are quite obvious, and accentuates the painful aspect.

bonus : (if you can call it that) his face right after he thought he lost ada forever. I CANT DO THIS TODAY.

and i'm glad i get forever to see where you end.

What unusual questions, but i suppose what the people want, the people get… sighs

I know i’m attractive, but I haven’t been aware of just how extensively my looks affect people until going on the internet and seeing their… art. (if you know, you know)

As for your second question, well, i’ve done some shitty things, but i’m just doing what is necessary. I’m a mercenary after all—lying is second-nature to me, and my job will always come first.

If you weren’t aware already, Ada Wong isn’t my real name, but an alias given to me by a client (who will not be named) that stuck. I just focus on what suits my narrative. After all, it’s easier to admire than to scrutinise.

Answering your final question, I prefer to focus on more… substantial qualities, but I suppose there will always be the odd few that are drawn to Wesker’s theatrics rolls eyes

Hate is a strong word. Let’s just say that he… has his strengths and weaknesses.

Leon’s hero complex and sense of duty can be frustrating at times. He's like a stray puppy—always eager to do the right thing, even when it's not the smartest move.

But then again, it’s all part of his charm, isn’t it? His… innocence—it’s something there isn’t enough of in this world. Makes him all the more intriguing.

Miss Ada if you were to see Leon again would you bite him
