My mom and I just started watching Castle, because my family's partially through Firefly and we can't watch more without dad & sibs. It was shockingly easy to pitch for her--all I had to say was "it's basically Murder She Wrote except with Mal instead of Angela Lansbury" and she jumped in.
What she doesn't know is that I know that there are a bunch of other Firefly actors that will cameo sometime in the show.
I watched a compilation. Can't wait for her to find out that Kaylee plays a murderer in this. hahahahahaha
