I got these neat UV light pens recently and thought it be fun to do some hidden features in my art and I didn’t really know what to do first, so I tried by adding a glowing affect to this fanart I did for @rockybloo of their character SweetHeart from their webcomic Glitter and Guilt I hope you all enjoy!
