for the record hello yes i like yugioh and also ryou bakura and i assure you i will NEVER draw a normal ryou. i play him in a writing game where he's a monster and that's it, that's all i fuckin draw.

BEHOLD. SHADE RYOU. he is a shadow monster and instead of being intangible and ghosty he has decided he hates that and has made himself a solid creature. he is also 7 feet tall and has pointy teeth so he had to get used to a bunch of nonsense like talking clearly and not hitting doorways

Gonna try to upload more art, and tag it with originating canons. This is another piece based on the monster au game i'm in (ryslig). The big noodle is Ryou (YGO), and the little noodle is Basil (Omori), who are in their alternate monster forms caused by the fog god! Basil = Gargoyle, Ryou = Shade

Ryou doesn't see very many creechurs that look like him in their fog forms! He's curious!
