Steps falling short --- frozen --- on the polished tile. The feeling washing over them all too familiar ( nothing good comes from death ). It was a feeling they knew all too well. Gaze locking onto the subtle presence, curious. Slight tremors of fear should not come from one so young; a base magic. A pull so opposite their own. ❝ I do not believe we have met. ❞ Peering through waves of grass, hand raising to tuck the strands back. A forest kaleidoscoped in kind ( slightly cautious ) eyes --- in this place they all worked together. ❝ Pardon if I am stepping out of bounds but, are you alright ?? ❞
