Same! I love the idea of Orange being his own side, but if he is, then why do none of the sides show any hint of that being the case? Like I know the dark sides are hidden until they decide to pop up but wouldn’t there be any sign that there’s one more? You’d think either Janus, Remus, or Virgil would mention something. Or maybe they wouldn’t?? They didn’t mention Remus at all until he showed up. How would having a whole new side affect the dynamics with the dark sides? Would Virgil dislike him like he does Remus and Janus? Or will the orange side not be in the dark side squad and be an antagonist to everyone? Will he be an antagonist??
About the other theory though how would Logan becoming a different side work? If he became orange would he still be logic? If not, who would be logic or would there be no logical side?? In Moving On Part 2 it is said that Logan being “the physical representation of something deeply embedded within Thomas” instead of “a feeling” means that “Even if it seems like he’s gone, he’ll always be there to a degree.” Quoted at 14:00 mins in the vid. So it seems that even if Logan himself were to not be present as logic Thomas would still be able to function ok, although without Logan doing his typical job things would surely go wrong. Also how would Virgil manage with no logic to keep himself and the other sides grounded? Would Janus be left as the only other side with the braincell trying to hold everything together for Thomas’s sake?
Anyways sorry if this is hard to read I am throwing my ides into the Tumblr void. I am also curious as to what others think so please share your theories and ideas! Reading them is very fun! Thanks!
You guys I am so torn....
On the one hand I'm living for the idea of Logan turning into an orange dark side because he's being ignored and pushed away and the other dark sides are basically resorting to tactics like that because Thomas won't listen otherwise. And so my theory is that you "become a dark side" when your input is not wanted or valued. And in this case dark sides aren't evil obviously but they're just parts of Thomas he is actively choosing to ignore or push aside or not interact with and it would be so easy for Logan to fall into that category.
But on the other hand, I really want an individual orange side so I can draw a new character. I think it would be cool if the orange side is manipulating or influencing him in some way, and Virgil said "the others" so perhaps it's not just orange. (I really want a pink side to round out the digital colour wheel since patton could be considered cyan, give me a magenta side baby im here for it.)

It’s sounds like it’s gonna be part of the main narrative (so not an asides) and it sounds like it’s going to have a theme— which means maybe costumes, locations etc? Maybe it’s a heavier topic? I can’t imagine what at this point, but he’s covered heavy topics before…

I’m setting up a Miitopia run using Sanders Sides characters. I need to make a mii as the big bad but I’m not sure what the villain of Sanders Sides is. Bad mental health? Miscommunication? If anyone have ideas that would help! I’ll write the answer as the miis face like this:
