Let me take you on a little trip back to Roman times. A beautiful summers day in the Mediterranean, lying lazily in the shade by the pool, savouring grapes, figs and wine while listening to the soft buzz of bees flying around the wisteria overhead

So, I've spent the last three weeks on this, my most ambitious and detailed painting so far. I had a lot of fun mapping out the composition and drawing every single grape, flower and tree in the background - my laptop not so much. Noted, 180 layers is about the maximum photoshop can take.
