This one is real! Though I'll admit I can only find this one picture of it, it seems legit, and it's circling around on reviews of the specific model though it looks like commercial models were made with opaque plastic rather than clear plastic. Granted, I can't find the initial post with the AI image of a clear sewing machine this ask and your response is referring to, so if it turns out they're the same image I'll be pretty embarrassed lol but, if not, I'm pretty confident that at least one exists! after digging, it looks like this image is actually mislabelled, and visually matches the insides of a Janome 2206 I found listed on Ebay!

So, as far as I can tell, yes! At one point in time, somebody created a sewing machine with a clear case. :) Though I don't really know when or why, you'll have to find someone who's a real sewing machine nerd and knows the origin of the clear 2206 image for that, lol. Hope this helps!!
