Slow Progress But Progress Nonetheless - Tumblr Posts
I finished going through the grammar provided in unit 1 lesson 3 of how to study Korean a couple days ago. Yesterday I translated the sentences provided in the video to English, and today I translated from Korean to English. Listening is quite difficult, I’ve found. I can recognize little things like I/we and a few of the particles, which is good to know. It seems to me that I need to get a grasp of the vocabulary provided in the lessons. Thankfully that’s not too difficult, I don’t think. That’ll probably be my goal for my next update. I’ve made some flash cards with some cue/recipe cards I had lying around so hopefully those will help. I managed to get one sentence entirely correct, but even then that was with help from my notes and google translate. Thus far it’s far easier for me to translate from written Hangul. For now I have to decide on a studying schedule for vocab.
