Dino Papyrus hcs mayhaps? :3

Alrighty, you’re curious about soft dino sweater Papyrus hm?

Papyrus is normally very confident and self-reassured but that was until he found a human who knocked the breath out of his non-existent lungs. Where he’d usually insist on a first date or pretend to misconstrue your words as asking him out, he only manages to blurt out a jumbled mess of unrelated words. You’re pretty sure you heard spaghetti in the midst of it and his sentence eventually trailed off into a nervous mess of “Nyeh heh hehs”. How the turns have tabled but he seems to be blushing like mad and you can only assume this was a confession of sorts and so you try to help him out by asking him if he’d like to go on a date. He nods his skull vigorously, relieved. He fidgets a lot with the ends of his oversized sweater sleeves, his eye sockets constantly gazing down towards your hands, waiting for the perfect moment to hold them. When he finally finds the courage he becomes incredibly stiff, fearing he might pull his own hand back if he doesn’t stay perfectly still. His eyes bulge out when he feels you respond with a gentle squeeze. It takes him a moment but he eventually collects himself and relaxes his hand in yours, the moment feeling like pure bliss. He thinks to himself he must be the most courageous skeleton out there, truly this was the grandest victory! He wasn’t prepared for the kiss to the cheekbone you gave him moments later, emphasized by the fact that he said he had to use the bathroom only to defy physics and swirl into the air and above the clouds (he just needed somewhere to shout his excitement out)…. Eventually he comes back from a completely different direction, a slight blush on his face as he apologizes for taking a while and that he brought you milk tea. It’s your favorite drink with the perfect amount of sweetness, seems like Papyrus pays attention to the things you like….

This Papyrus like all Papyri, enjoys and attempts to make spaghetti but, this Papyrus truly excels at baking. He loves to surprise you with sweet treats paired with tea throughout the week. Although Papyrus is used to taking charge, he seems to melt around you and loves to see you take charge. He gives the absolute best hugs, they are tight squeezes but always feel plush due to the bulky sweaters he loves to wear. His favorite part of the day is when you come home and sit against him on the sofa. There on the sofa he’s eager to hear about your day as he plays with your hair, the gesture is calming and usually leads into a quick and comfy nap before dinner.

Prunsel hcs?👀👀👀

PFFF HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH!!!! I was not prepared for this ask BAHAHAH!!! Okay well anyways….

Prunsel, a simple eyeball that deserves love just like any other monster. He is a man of few words but an absolute gentleman. He would always open doors for you, pull out your chair to help you take a seat at dinner, he’d offer to order for you but unfortunately the waiters can’t seem to understand him with his…… thick accent. He likes going for long floats hikes through snowy forests, going sight seeing, and making eye contact. Allergy season is a pain for him, he usually has to use his sick time or else risk flooding his office with how much his eyes water up. Prunsel could definitely cry a river and drown the whole world, so he has a strong resolve not to cry.

Now here’s where things get weirder….. I have a personal headcanon that Prunsel is technically one of Papyrus’s eyes. One day Papyrus was so utterly shocked and surprised that his eyes bulged out and just POP! Gained their own freedom and sentience. So what about the other eye you ask? I’m glad you asked! The other eye is named Lesnurp, he went on to live on a quiet farm, has a wife, three kids, and a loyal dog. He recently won largest pumpkin at his local county fair, he’s living a pretty good life really….. (I may or may not have some silly doodles that spawned this headcanon pfff……..)

Clothes stealing Papyrus headcanons pls?

Pfff heheh, okay so I’m just going to call him athleisure Papyrus and the reason I made him in the first place was because @mmhinman shared some brain rot with me that planted the idea that Papyrus borrowing my clothes would just end up looking like a crop top on him. I think we can agree Papyrus looks absolutely amazing in crop tops~

Now the first drawing I made of Papyrus borrowing a sweater was def meant to be more typical classic Papyrus. He was cleaning around the house and found your sweater draped over a chair in the bedroom. He was about to toss it in with the rest of the laundry but then it hit him, your scent, and it was lovely. The familiarity making his smile wider. Perhaps it didn’t need to go into the wash quite yet, it looked clean, it smelled pleasant, to him at least. As he turned the garment in his hands he thought to himself that it might even fit him, perhaps a bit short in length but he knew he could rock it. With an all too giddy expression he burst into his signature Nyeh Heh Hehs as he admired the fact that it did indeed fit and it looked so amazing in fact that he admitted he might be wearing it for a while.

Now then… I think what more people might be wondering about is the version I keep redrawing in the same athleisure outfit, where the top is more of a hoodie with a mesh front…….. WELLP……. I REALLY liked the idea of Papyrus borrowing my clothes and I love wearing cool but comfy athleisure and I was like dang… Papyrus wearing things that I consider “my style”…. yes please! Not to mention I love drawing a suave Papyrus with half lidded eyes. It’s more of a guilty pleasure as I fall deep into a Papyrus shaped simp hole lol but let’s jump into headcanons I have swirling around in my head for him.

Post Pacifist Papyrus, an undetermined amount of years on the surface have passed. Papyrus has finally had the chance to make more friendships, but has ultimately found satisfaction in his closer friendships with Undyne, Frisk, Sans, and Flowey. With no royal guard being needed he eventually turned his passion and drive into mastering the art of expertly crafting noodle dishes of every kind! Not only that but he has built a reputation with the local youth, for crafting the most clever and thrilling puzzle installments at the local parks (minus the spikes and flames… though he did try to make an argument for them) . Alright alright why am I saying all this you might wonder? What I’m trying to express is that Papyrus has built a life that he feels a lot more happy and content with. There is no longer a pressure to go above and beyond for what he wants, don’t get me wrong he definitely still goes above and beyond, but now it’s with more of a calm confidence. He may no longer struggle to gain friendship or recognition, but over the years he realized he’s still yearning for something…. or perhaps someone. It was love at first sight when he finally laid his eyes on you. There were no doubts, definitely not compared to all the other unsuccessful dates he had been on. This time he felt an instant connection. He may no longer be trying to capture a human but he was certainly looking to capture your heart. This Papyrus has definitely finished reading the dating hand book, and properly returned it to the librarby. In fact he’s read several more similar books on the surface and by similar books…. I mean he actually switched over to reading romance manga thinking they offered sound advice and examples of how to romance a potential date mate. Technically, Undyne was the one to suggest the manga route and Papyrus, always eager to learn about combat or cooking from a trusted friend, had no reason to question this advice. This inevitably lead him down a path towards reading romance novels and eventually….. fanfic (hehehehe LOL). So now we have a Papyrus with a cool confidence, fueled by the power of every romance trope, convinced that he knows how to sweep you off your feet and make you fall for him. Well it worked, because the two of you are dating and he can tell how much you’re enjoying every second of it. Papyrus just can’t help how much he loves seeing how effective all his research was because it reliably gets you to blush your brightest when he puts it to use. Every win just fueling his confidence further and further, he has no doubt that his next plan will work like a charm and you can see it from his expression too.…. hmmm yeah those are the thoughts swirling in my head for now related to clothes stealing, athleisure Papyrus hahaha

Does Kissing Booth Paps count???

Sure! I’d say Kissing Booth Paps is more in-line with classic in-game Papyrus but post-pacifist. A silly dork who’s common sense is a tad out of touch (I say this affectionately but also I better be because this also described myself hahahah). He’s ready to pour his all into everything, including putting together the kissing booth himself. When customers didn’t seem to be flooding in, as he first anticipated, he decided clearly people must have been intimidate by how very cool he was. What better way to lure customers past that blockade than by offering some HOT DEALS! When his booth wasn’t immediately flooded, he decided to go one step further and make the deal SCORCHING HOT by making a LIMITED TIME OFFER~ If that didn’t work he would have started paying people to stop by…. though that would not have helped with raising funds….. Papyrus is much more focused on the goal of getting customers at this point but good thing you stopped by before he enacted his final plan!

I’ll go a little more into detail on my headcanons for classic Papyrus. I think he is incredibly smart and clever but like I said, sometimes lacking common sense. Often finding round about or unexpected solutions to a problem…. or a non-problem, like that time he painted a rock structure to look like a bridge, haha. Even though he shows a cheery expression, I think he is lonely and desperate to make meaningful friendships. Sometimes getting so much tunnel vision over this goal that he misses the fact that he is surrounded by people who deeply appreciate him as he is (Undyne and Sans for example). Because he knows what loneliness feels like he will go out of his way to make you feel your presence is wanted and cherished. I think part of the reason Papyrus is so over confident was because he came to a point where he realized he couldn’t wait or depend on others to give him what he wanted so he pursued it for himself. For example, I think he wants to be praised and feel accomplished and if he can’t find that through others then he will step in and compliment himself. Goodness he is just utterly floored when the player compliments him, it probably meant so much to receive something he had all but lost hope of receiving from others. Even if he does get sad at times, that’s not the side of him that he wants to show to others or the player. I think he sincerely believes it’s just a matter of pouring more effort and time into pursuing his dreams before he’ll achieve them. He sees the best in others and always believes in their potential. He is willing to step in and be for others, someone who he wishes was there for him. I just think Papyrus is funny and sweet and admirable all at the same time. I see a lot of myself in him but also who I’d like to strive to be. He is so bright, he is like walking sunshine to my eyes…….. OKAY IMMA STOP TALKING BECAUSE I DEF DO BE SIMPING AT THIS POINT FDKJGKSJFHGSDJG GUH…
