nemesis was a pretty thing, when she could ditch the scowl in favour of something more neutral. dark eyes, deep with wisdom. long black locks, shiny and sleek. a handsome face, perfectly balanced as she aimed for life to be.
unfortunately for tyche, today was not one of those days, and she stormed across the flower-filled field with a glare so venomous, the pretty things began to wilt as she passed. balance.
“i do not give a single shit about the 49ers.” nemesis hissed, arms folding across her chest while she continued to stare down at tyche. anger bubbled in her chest, but the goddess managed to swallow it down. now was not the time, and tyche was not the designated victim. “you know damn well why i’m here. you are meddling. you cannot keep your dainty fuckin' hands to yourself, and i’m always the one who’s gotta clean up your mess.”
she crouched, leaning forward until her and tyche’s faces were only a few inches apart. “i like getting my revenge, but i hate wastin’ my time with something as boring as football. give me something good, at least.”
