June 18th - a photo a day challenge "Fontaine du Palmier" or "Fontaine de la Victoire", near Châtelet, in the 1er arrondissement of Paris! It's a fountain, designed to provide fresh drinking water to the population (and also to commemorate Napoleon Bonaparte's victories).
