Henry was never good at public speaking, and if he ever was given the chance to, he'd usually pass the microphone to someone more fitting for such occasions. But with the right occasion, he was willing to make a few exceptions.

However, he never would've expected that one of those few exceptions would be reading a eulogy for his own daughter's funeral.
