In both the Grey routes I can never really bring myself to justify my actions or beg for mercy. I wish there was a way to just accept what's coming, accept that you deserved it.

Because I do deserve it. I had no reason to kill Damsel at all, and in Prisoner's case, I should have trusted her more either way.

It's even possible to acknowledge it in the confrontation with the Shifting Mound.

Why isn't it possible to acknowledge it as it's happening?

A wait for death option would be cool Like with the beast and the witch It feels unhiged to want a choice to die but there are already so many in the game! Makes me think the lack of one here despite death being the only possibility is maybe intentional slay the princess the grey stp grey
