“Sucrose? You’re still working?”
A small ‘meep’ sound left Sucrose’s mouth when a voice suddenly spoke. She slowly turned around to see Albedo in the doorway with staring at her. “S-Sir Albedo! I was just finishing up some tests on Glaze Lillies.. I’m almost finish-!”
“You should probably finish that tomorrow, or perhaps the next day. It’s afterall Christmas Eve.” Sucrose froze, blinking a few times before quickly turning her head towards the window. “I didn’t realize it was this late already-! Oh my-!! I forgot about [Y/N]—!!”
Albedo sighed with his nose while smiling and sweatdropping. “You best get going then. I thought I saw a familiar face outside..” Sucrose let out a screech as she hurriedly kept her things and rush outside. “Thanks, sir Albedo! See you later! Merry Christmas—!”
“Merry Christmas too, Sucrose.”

Your eyes shot up when you heard someone familiar screaming your name. You smiled brightly when you saw it was Sucrose. You stood up properly, stretching a bit afterall you were leaning on the lamp post for a while now.
“Sucrose! Are you finished with your work?” You asked when she stopped in front of you. She was panting a bit since she seemed to ran all the way here. “N-Not really.. b-but I promised a date with you—!” “Oh Sucrose.. you should’ve finished it first, I don’t mind waiting.”
Sucrose huffed while pouting. “But that wouldn’t be fair for you-!” You chuckled at her. “I know that you want your work to be done immediately. So I don’t mind waiting a bit more..” Sucrose stayed silent before her eyes lighting up and her ears twitching a bit (so adorable-)
“Hey-! Why don’t you come inside? I-I could use some company while I’m working..” You blink before chuckling. “Sure. Why not?”
Sucrose mentally celebrated in her head as she guided you inside and towards her workplace.

A/N: The first day of this project, I hope you like it.

"I'm home, my flower"
You heard Sucrose calling and the front door shutting behind her. It was getting colder and you knew that she was outside almost all day today helping Albedo with an experiment. So, knowing it world take time and that she would be cold, you planned a little something for her.
"I'm in the living room" There were no commissions for you today so you had enough time to prepare your suprise. You had taken every blanket and pillow in the House to build the perfect pillowfort for you and your girlfriend.
The Living room had a changed appearance entirely. The space in side was filled with snacks and fairy lights, both of which you knew that she would enjoy. You left the cavelike structure to welcome your exhausted girlfriend.
"Hi sweets. Welcome home!" You called out to her once she was in front of you.
"Hello. What's all this?"
"This? It's for you."
You stepped to the siede, revealing the entrance to the pillowfort. All your hard work (and being stuck in blankets While trying to build it) payed off immediately once you saw her eyes Light up.
"Wow! Really? You didn't have to do that!"
"Yes I did, now come in!"
She followed you into the cavernlike structure floored with blankets.
"Do you like it? "you asked, despite already knowing her answer.
"I love it! Thank you so much!" Her voice was so excited, it was really cute.
When both of you were inside, you cuddled close together, feeding each other with the snacks and talking about your day. It was the perfect start of the christmas time both you and her could have had.
