Something a little different. I happened on these delightful little Ruto comics by Suzukake Nohara published in the Ocarina of Time 4koma collection by Enix (scans by History of Hyrule), decided to try my hand at translating them.

Panel 1:
A man sits behind a desk with a sign that reads "Fishing Pond". Young Link (from the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time) approaches.
Man: "Oh hey Link!"
Link: "Hello mister"

Panel 2:
Man: "Congratulations! You caught a 50cm+ whopper! You've won a piece of heart!"
The man presents a heart-shaped item to Link.
Link (surprised): "whaa?"

Panel 3:
Link (confused): "But I don't remember catching a fish..."
Man: "ah, but the thing is,"

Panel 4:
Princess Ruto is sitting in an aquarium on the desk, grinning and waving.
Ruto: "Hey Link~♥"
Man: "Isn't this one 130cm?"

Princess Ruto is with Young Link, clasping her hands.
Ruto: "Did my special present make you happy-zora?"
Link: "oh yes, thank you"

Panel 2:
King Zora is shown to be seated beside Ruto.
King Zora: "Oh? and what did my daughter do for you?"
Link: "er... I uh,"

Panel 3:
Link: "Why, her very presence was vital in the dungeon. I couldn't have cleared it without her."
(Roses appear behind his head to indicate he is being eloquent)
Ruto (blushing and smiling): "eek! you're embarrassing me"

Panel 4:
Link: "She was really handy for throwing at switches and enemies."
(A low-detail cutaway shows a blobby Link hucking a blobby and still-smiling Ruto)
King Zora (to Ruto): And you still think this guy is good?"
Ruto (hearts above her head): "Yeah he's good"
