I realized while watching the 2014 bayverse turtles movie, poor Mikey wanted to be loved by someone. I can tell the sweet bean seemed desperate wanting to have a girlfriend but never got the chance to have one let alone being with a human who can accept him for who he is in terms of being a mutant. If I was one of April's friends or a family member, I would happily be in a loving relationship with Mikey. Even if it has to be a secret one at that. Poor baby. I wanna kiss him and nuzzle with him hearing his happy churrs and purrs letting him know he will always be loved no matter what. 🤧😢

Should I do a fan fiction of how Raph got his knitting skills?
My idea would be he would save a fragile old woman's cat from being run over by a car, and the old woman would thank him and offer him some cookies and milk. He would feel bad that she's living all alone and would decide to take care of her from time to time when he can. Of course he would get help from Donnie on how to take care of the elderly, and what medication they take during the day even though Donnie would think its stupid of his own brother to go out and taking care of a poor granny who is by herself. The old woman would teach Raph to knit and crochet and it puts him at ease during his upset days. She would always make him feel at home and he would feel like he truly had a grandmother to be around with who cares and loves him dearly despite being a mutant, and doesn't see him as monstrous or ugly. The ending would be Raph would visit her, but would see through the window, her family would come to visit her in celebrating her 95th birthday, and he would smile and realize she may not be needing him anymore and he would leave shedding a tear with all the good times and realize not all humans are bad after all.
That's just my idea, but what do you guys think? Should I do it? ❤😄

I have been feeling much hazier this last month. Things don’t seem to be letting up. Another day, another mass shooting event in the United States. Kind of hard to get through day to day when your brain is in constant terror, but I guess that’s probably the American way.
(2015) Sweet Bean
A sincere, sweet film that has a surprising premise. I had never seen a Naomi Kawase film before so this first encounter definitely piqued my interest. Great performances by Kirin Kiki and Masatoshi Nagase. I’m always a sucker for small human dramas that tackles big societal issues done in an understated approach.
Witches of Eastwick
Dark and weird in all the best ways. The three leading ladies looked amazing through and through.
(1996) Supermarket Woman
Great film, more light hearted and weirdly straightforward compared to Tampopo or the Taxing Woman. A playful, wacky take on class, workers rights and monopolies. Can’t believe they fit a car chase scene into a movie about supermarkets.
(1996) Late Bloomers
Fun, appreciated seeing the director. Appreciate seeing films where a creative community comes together to make it happen.
