The idea of Phantom having bad paranoia and delusions is so real to me, they're not a constant thing obviously but some days it'll get really bad and he won't leave his room or even his bed for that matter.
Swiss is definitely the one to notice first and brings him breakfast in bed and talks about it to see what he can do to help and/or soften the episode up for the poor ghoul, I like to think Swiss will lay in bed as long as Phantom needs him and does anything for him.
Phantom definitely has those "Something bad is about to happen, something out to get me" episodes (cause I have those) and Swiss is all sweet and talks him through it telling him things like "no one's going to get you, I'll keep you safe." All while petting his head and whispering reassurance to him all while Phantom clings to him.
Phantom definitely skin picks/hits himself cause he's convinced it's a dream and something will happen if he doesn't do it so Swiss redirects it by holding his hands and letting Phan hit him to relive the feeling.
After the episode is done, Swiss will draw a bath for him and clean him up and they get snacks and cuddle the night away, Phantom staying attached to Swiss the entire time and not letting go, all while Swiss is whispering praises and telling him he did good.
Someone please write this and tag me in it, I wanna see this pretty please!!

"Rory!! Are-are excited?" Babbled a very small Phantom who wobbled in with his blanket and his favorite bat stuffie, tonight Swiss had something planned and they were practically bouncing off the walls in excitement. It wasn't uncommon for them to have movie nights together but tonight was different, they had the whole ghoul area to themselves so the littles could do as they pleased.
"Uhuh!! Hold on, buggy!!" Aurora giggled as he practically skipped in with her unicorn stuffie, she twirled to show off her new tutu as Phantom excitedly clapped his hands. "Do you like it? Mama helped me make it!!" She giggled, as her tail wagged behind her.
"Uhuh!! It-it's so prett-pretty!!" He nodded and wiggled in place, his own tail wagging and he began to bounce in place. "I-I so ex-excited!!" The two littles linked hands as Aurora led the two over to the commons area where Swiss had just finished setting up the pillow fort for the two littles.
"Surprise!!" Swiss laughed as he opened his arms to show his creation off to his two littles, who gave an excited gasp and ran over to check it out. "Do you two like it?" He stood up and brushed himself off as he studied the littles.
The two littles look at each other before excitedly hugging Swiss and diving head first into the pillow fort, happy giggles could be heard throughout the empty commons area as the two giggled and played inside their newfound play area.
Swiss smiled to himself as he stepped away to let the two play around and to finish setting up the rest of their surprise, unknown to the littles he had cookies made for them and he couldn't wait to give them to his babies. "Knock knock!! Anyone home?" He laughed as he heard shuffling and whispering between the two.
"What's the password?" It was Aurora who spoke, Phantom giggled to himself in the back as Swiss shook his head in amusement at the two. "I brought cookies?" And that's all it took as the two scrambled back out, big bright eyes staring hard at the tall multi ghoul.
"Ah ah!! Gotta sit on the couch!! Don't wanna make a mess of your fort!!" He gestured to the couch and moved to sit in the middle, leaving enough room for the two on each side of him. "C'mon, I'll put a movie on!!" With a smile he flicked on Disney+ and put on Tangled for the two as they plopped next to him, eating away at the sweet treats.
Swiss snuggled the two into him contently as he kissed both their heads, happy purrs leaving his chest as the littles snuggled into his chest and neck. He was happy like this, two of the sweetest things ever curled into him with a movie seemed like heaven to him.
It wasn't long before they were asleep, Swiss laughed as he set the near empty plate on the coffee table for them to finish off when they were awake. He didn't dare to move, instead he opted into falling asleep with the two pulled into him.
He'd wake up to photos from his pack mates on his phone and cute messages left from Cumulus and Cirrus, but he'll handle those later. Right now he was worried about keeping his little ones comfy, sleep taking him after a few minutes.

i think his equal person would be phantom!! i think he likes attention to be on him and if it isn't it'll alot of the time cause him to crash. he loves being out there and overly talkative and stuff so that he seems more outgoing and extroverted so people like him more
i think he dissociates really badly and phantom helps him to try and cope with it. in my mind swiss doesn't know how many alters he has and doesn't even know who they are because he doesn't bother to know, and it's hard for him to figure it out. i hc he has really really bad memory problems and needs alot of reminders and stuff. sometimes the ghouls will write things on post it notes for him and still them around his room
i think his special interest is horror!! swiss loves spooky things especially werewolves!! his room has a tone of werewolf items like books and pictures and figures. he stims most of the time by rocking back and forth aggressively. he loves loud noises and if he's understimulated he just listens to a bunch of loud music. when he has meltdowns he tends to scream or cry and try to isolate himself and hit himself. phantom tries to keep hi from hurting himself while also trying to give him space
