Relationship headcanons Taishakuten with his s/o
Taishakuten is a very-very gentle lover
As a king he is very busy, but he prefers to spend his free time with his partner
He likes to touch his s/o
Taishakuten respects his partner’s privacy and will not read his mind, but sometimes he can be very dishonest about it. If he sees that his partner is depressed or hiding something, he will read his thoughts to help him as soon as possible, even if s/o is against it. He may look weak, but spiritually he is stronger than most people
He definitely likes to cuddle a lot
At times (especially when he recovers his memories) he has nightmares and clings to his partner like a pillow
Although Taishakuten doesn’t mind if his hobby and his s/o are different, he would like them to have common interests. Hour-long meditations with incense in the company of his partner is definitely something he would enjoy
Taishakuten is the kind of person who prefers to have enough personal space. As a king he is always busy and will always be mentally exhausted at the end of the day, sometimes he really needs to be alone

Because of his abilities, he will know immediately that there is something wrong with his partner
Taishakuten is often busy, but if his s/o is within reach, he will definitely contact them. He wants to make sure his partner is okay
He will use his abilities to share these disturbing emotions with s/o
Taishakuten will send his partner to the lotus pool or onsen. Not everyone will like cold water with lotuses lol
When he is free of his King's job, Taishakuten will immediately go to his s/o. He wants to help them personally
Taishakuten is very affectionate with s/o and will offer his help in solving problems. If he is unable to help, he just wants to be there for them

He will be upset about it. Asura is a very emotional person, even if outwardly it is not always noticeable
He will ask directly why s/o thinks so. And whether Asura can influence it
If he can't change anything, he will leave them and never go near them again. It hurts him too much
Taishakuten
This greatly hurts his feelings. Taishakuten quickly falls in love and dreams of having one partner for life (this guy believes in love to the grave)
Will ask if there is anything he can do to change their minds
If nothing can be changed, he will try to keep his friendship with s/o. However, in time he will realize that the feelings have not disappeared and leave them
Shuten Doji
If he falls in love with them, he can't accept the fact that they don't see him as a boyfriend
Shuten Doji had a sad experience with Momiji. He will experience that horror again
He'll go on another binge
Shuten Doji will ask them why they think so, but he will not prove anything. He remembers the experience with Momiji
Ibaraki Doji
Like all of the above men, Ibaraki too will question why they treat him this way
It will be hard for him to accept this fact, but in time he will accept it and leave them alone
He will never be able to understand the reasons, even if he realizes them
Yamata no Orochi
He doesn't much care what s/o thinks
Orochi will never let them leave without destroying their whole life
If they are not going to leave him, Orochi will do everything to get them to change their minds
If Orochi wants to entertain himself with their love, he will stop at nothing and through long manipulations will fall in love with them
Susabi
He will ask why s/o thinks so
Susabi uses his power to find out if they have a future together
If nothing can be changed, he will leave them alone
Abe no Seimei
He will ask them why they think so. If they don't want to answer or give a harsh answer, he will leave them alone
Unlike the rest of the men, Seimei will really just be able to be friends with s/o
The powers of each celestial are determined by the Spiritual Entity. Taishakuten cannot become strong because his Spiritual Entity consists in empathy
