The taste of betrayal

"The Fallen Angel" seemed to be an appropriate adaptation for this moment of chapter 37 from The Art of Love and War written by @fireflywritesgt, the description of Joe's determination stuck the painting immediately in my mind and I had to draw this

Joe's design was heavily inspired by @remordsposthume art, check them out! And go read TAOLW, it deserves all the love and attention it can get!

(btw I know the butterfly wasn't with Joe in the jar, but I thought it would complement the composition better so there you go!)
