I wasn’t scared of murderers or monsters as a kid but I was very scared of: stairs, encephalitis, meningitis, flesh eating bacteria, mushrooms, and mold. what’s your very specific childhood fear

carbon monoxide more specifically being responsible for a carbon monoxide leak that kills me and my parents also my family and/or pet dropping dead for no reason I learned about the brain eating amoebas late but I hate those too tbh I’m still like this but with new and exciting fears (thanks ocd)
