Even if your F/O doesn't outwardly express their emotions much, they notice yours. They can tell when you are feeling uneasy, sometimes even before you've figured out what's wrong. Whatever it is, they want to solve the problem. If it's a person that's upsetting you, your F/O won't hesitate to tell them off and/or get you out of that situation in any way possible. If you're feeling overwhelmed with life, they will offer to take on some of your tasks to give you a break.
