I really like your art. And I really admire the power with which you manage to represent anguish. I think your drawing of sad and anxious Bones comforted by Jim and Spock is one of my favorite fan art. It resonates a lot with me and I thank you for your beautiful work :)
You are my favorite discovery from this year

Thank you very much for your support. I am pleased to know that my works are able to touch people's hearts. There is a certain pleasure in drawing or prescribing someone's injuries. But I'm only doing this for a happy ending. I just couldn't leave Bones alone with all the shit he's been through. That would be sinful. When I drew that comic, I hoped that I wasn't the only one who wanted him saved
I will try to continue to please people with art. And I must say that I also really like your art 🩵
Hello! There are many very cute pictures! All the works are nice, especially the Geno dressed as Gena made me smile. I love Russian anime. (Yuri B. Norstein's work, etc...) Besides, Dunertale is interesting. I am looking forward to your future art!
Oh my God! Thank you very much! I'll try my best! O(≧∇≦)O 🤍🤍🤍

P.S. I'm drawing with a pencil for the first time :'³ (lol)
Hi, please tell me, will you make character art based on the Nutcracker?
Absolutely!! I’m very excited to tackle designs for this down the line. With all the stories/fairy tales I do designs for, I go back and read through it to refresh and catch details I want to incorporate into the art. So it’ll be a little while till I get to this as I want to read through the entirety of the story first!
But it’s definitely on the list!

hi, please tell me, what materials on russian culture of the 19th century did you use to create the snow queen?
Hi! I research on history, books, movies and russian friends. Mine is a fantasy version but still I need to do a lot of research in russian language, so I use Yandex, for example. It's no perfect but it's useful. Some topics I researched on were so forgotten and limited that I had to subscribe to Academia.edu and check essays on very specific topics by academics all around the world. The most I do is to use Pastvu.com which is a great website, showing streets as they were captured from 1800s (and before) to today. This usually brings out little glimpses of life that I can use for new researches and I also use Georeferencer.org for historical maps and Flatinfo.ru for checking if a building was already there in those years. (I'm sure I missed many things on Russian culture so don't take my TLITS as a perfect depiction of pre-revolutionary Russia. I had to cut out many things that today we will see very "typical" of Russian people because they were post soviet influences. )
hi, I know there are a lot of characters in the wild Swans fairy tale, but will you make characters based on it?
Oh yes, I absolutely plan to! I’m super fond of that fairy tale, and I love any story where I get to design an evil queen 👑

hi, please tell me where did you get the ideas for the costumes of the characters of the snow lady?
Hi! Thank you for the question! I get inspired a lot by historical pieces! I do a lot of research because I really like go treasure hunt of info and curiosities or just photos of past ages and far places. I can show you some comparison with Gerda and Kay. Here you can see some 1910s pieces:

Gerda loves to be elegant and with very fitting dresses. Her outfits are inspired by modern 1910s fashion and prefers a clean, linear silhouette more than complicated shapes. Even if she has german origins she has not any link to german traditional heritage since her family moved to Russia two or three generations ago and didn't really took much with them moving out. (they still have a german teacups and many decorated plates from their grandmother!)
Kay on the other hand has not a real piece of inspiration, but goes with a mix.
For example, his coat is inspired by these two very common russian coats:

He likes to be more decorated on the belt though, so you will always see more detail on that other than on common russian blank coats:

Other inspirations for Kay are Vaslav Nijinski's dancing outfits. I really like the shapes of the trousers and since Kay likes nice belts, he would love this kind of outfit, preferring them to common 1910 gentlemen attire. Kay mixes new and traditional ways so you will see both modern and old slavic elements in his clothing.
