GUIDE TO AXS UK ERAS TOUR TICKETS

For my confused and panicked guys, gals and non-binary pals. I managed to get Eras tickets and as a complete newbie I'd thought I'd do a little guide to try and break it down as best I could.

Disclaimer: I still don't fully understand it all as it was mostly just a blur so some of this may be a tad inaccurate but this is how I got my tickets when I winged it this morning.

So to start with, the sales happening this week (10/07) are for those who qualified for the Midnights Presale. To qualify for this, you had to preorder Midnights from Taylor's UK store before the album was released. If you qualified you will have received a code emailed to you on the 6th or 7th of July. I believe there is another sale happening later for fans who registered however I know fuck all about this so please don't ask.

Additionally, do not use multiple devices/browsers/tabs for the same sale, it will probably boot you out of the queue once you're at the front. To my knowledge, if you have multiple sales open at the same time that's fine but not for the same show date.

Now, ticket buying.

Go to the email with your presale code and scroll down, click "Get Tickets" for either UK or Ireland.

Then select the date you would like to buy tickets for. Do not panic about having not signed in yet, that comes later.

Enter your presale code.

This will take you to the waiting room (or if you're extra early, basically the waiting room for the waiting room). THIS IS NOT THE QUEUE.

AXS will automatically transfer you from the waiting room into the queue once sale has begun. However, if you're impatient like I was, feel free to refresh repeatedly until the screen changes.

DO NOT REFRESH WHEN YOU ARE IN THE QUEUE

Once you reach the end of the queue, you have 5 minutes to press the button to take you to the actual sales.

Once you've pressed this, it'll take you to the stadium layout and they'll be a list of prices for different sectors, I'll be honest, this really confused me so I ended up going based off price rather than trying to figure out all the abbreviations. This is also where you select how many tickets you want. The maximum is 4.

After you've selected your sector, it'll give you however many tickets you've asked for and tell you the section of the stadium the seat are in.

Select the purchase button - this is where I was asked for my AXS login.

After that, select payment method. It'll then ask you if you want extra coverage/insurance. This was £5.21 a ticket for me, it's not necessary but if you can run to it, pretty useful.

Confirm purchase and you'll then get an order confirmation screen and email confirming.

And there you go, you have Eras Tour tickets!!

Additional info: I went for Wembley 15/08, general admission was starting from £110. My tickets were £75 and I'm in section 524. Paid an additional £20 in coverage and booking fees.

Hope this helps at least one person who stumbles across it and best of luck x

One more day until I die after hearing 33 year old Taylor Swift's rerecording of Clean 9 years after it first came out. I'm not even joking, this will kill me off.
