The Lost Queen - Tumblr Posts
Since requests are closing in a few days, I just wanted to put another one in. No rush go get it done of course!
I want to request a oneshot/reaction where Alexander gives reader a really, REALLY expensive necklace. Maybe it's a wedding present, a just because present , or something following the birth of the twins. You can decide what you want to do with that đ!
Also, I keep picturing a necklace made of opal??? Not only is it a stunning gem stone, but it was also thought to be the tears of Zeus in ancient Greece, which would be an interesting tie to Alexander. Again, it's just a suggestion. You can use whatever gemstone you want!
Thanks, and take care â¤ď¸â¤ď¸â¤ď¸!

Alexander wanted to find something to give you. Something expensive and extravagant, something that would leave you impressed.
He felt like he owed you that. Not only had you given birth to his children, but you were loved by him and he wanted to please you. He thought of several options: a horse, silk clothes, food and even drink. He still wasn't sure what you might like.
Until he had an idea after talking to Hephaestion. He was the one who gave you the idea of giving you a necklace made from a special and rare gem. And he knew it was the right choice to make.
It was no easy task to get a merchant to have the necklace he liked and deemed worthy of you to wear around your delicate neck, but after the fifth try with a different merchant, he finally knew what your gift should be. He decided to gift you with an opal necklace, a jewel that reflected the beauty and mystery of his passion.
It would change color and he would know that it would look beautiful and graceful on your neck. Everything about you was beautiful and graceful, so the necklace would only stand out on you and no one else.
This opulent piece was adorned with the most dazzling opals that could be found in the entire Empire. Each stone sparkled with vibrant colors, dancing like the aurora borealis reflected in the starry night. The necklace was a unique treasure, a harmony of opalescent hues, displaying hues of celestial blue, emerald green, and royal purple.
The merchant who sold it told him a story about the necklace and it was this story that convinced him to buy it. According to the Persian merchant, legend said that opals were gifts from star spirits, who bestowed their blessings on those who used them with love and wisdom. The necklace was not just a piece of jewelry, but a source of magical power. Its colors and reflections were believed to contain the essence of nature, connecting the wearer to the spiritual realms and bringing fortune and protection.
Whoever owned the opal necklace was seen as a keeper of ancient secrets, an heir to the ancient magic that flowed through the precious stones. It was said that opal possessed the ability to amplify intuition and creativity, allowing the wearer to see beyond the ordinary, opening doors to new possibilities and inspiration.
After this explanation, Alexander knew that this necklace must be yours. Not just because of your story, but because of who you were. From when you really came. No one was more worthy than you.
There was also another version of the story that convinced him to buy it. Knowing how religious Alexander was, the merchant also told him that the opal was made from the tears of Zeus. Long ago, at the beginning of Greek civilization, when the gods walked among mortals, Zeus, the mighty king of the gods, shed tears of joy and sorrow over human fate. These tears, upon touching the earth, transformed into radiant stones known as opals, carrying within them the duality of emotions of the great god.
Thus was born the opal, a legendary gem forged by Zeus' own tears. Each stone was shaped from divine emotions, capturing the essence of heaven and earth. Its unique iridescence reflected not only the colors of the rainbow, but also the contrasting feelings of joy and sadness, hope and despair, harmonized in an eternal dance of light and shadow. Ancient sages believed that the necklace was not just a manifestation of beauty, but rather a link between mortals and the gods. It was said that whoever wore the opal necklace would be enveloped in the protection of Zeus and would have the divine wisdom to navigate life's challenges.
And maybe when little Aella grew up, he could give her a necklace similar to the one he chose for you.
He smiled at the thought and with the necklace inside a small wooden box with gold ornaments, he walked to the room you shared in the Babylonian palace. Straightening his posture, Alexander knocked on the door and after hearing a soft ''come in'', he opened the door and smiled widely when he saw you sitting in a padded chair with Aella in one arm and Cyrus in the other. He fell silent when he realized the twins were asleep.
You looked at him and smiled softly when you saw what he had in his hands. Alexander placed the box on a table next to the bed and approached you, carefully taking Cyrus in his arm. You smiled lovingly when you saw him cuddling the baby in his arms.
Whispering, Alexander says, ''I have something for you.''
You smiled and asked curiously, ''What is it?''
Alexander carefully picked up the box with the arm that wasn't swinging Cyrus and placed him on your lap, looking at you expectantly. You smiled and opened the box with a little difficulty due to the sleeping child in your arms. Your eyes widened when you saw the lush opal necklace. You had never seen such beautiful jewelry.
Alexander, who was watching you like a hawk, smiled at you.
''Alexander, that'sâŚ'' You swallowed and took the necklace in your hand, carefully observing its details. The necklace was a magnificent piece, a heavenly masterpiece that captivated the eyes of all who dared to gaze upon it. Every aspect of the necklace was a symphony of intertwined beauty and magic.
The centerpiece of the necklace consisted of a main opal, a generously sized gem that radiated an unparalleled iridescent glow. This central opal was an explosion of celestial color, with soft, shimmering hues that moved like an aurora borealis trapped within the gemstone. Its tones ranged from the deep blue of twilight to the lush green of enchanted forests, and occasional glimpses of the deep red of divine fire.
Around the main opal, a series of smaller opals were skillfully arranged, forming a necklace that seemed to have been woven by the stars' own hand. Each smaller gem had its own color personality, some glowing an ethereal blue, others a crystalline green, and still others with purple and gold hues reminiscent of the sun setting over distant mountains.
The structure of the necklace was as intricate as the reflections of the opals. Delicate strands of gold wove between the gems, creating a sparkling frame that complemented the iridescence of the opals. Small, intricate metal sculptures, decorated with designs that resembled star constellations, adorned the necklace, giving it an aura of ancient magic.
''Do you like it?'' Alexander asked after you remained silent, observing the necklace with a strange expression.
''I loved it.'' You whispered, admiring the necklace. Alexander walked over to you and took the necklace from your hands and placed Cyrus back in your arms, careful not to wake him. He stood behind you and removed your hair from your neck, placing the magnificent necklace around your neck. You closed your eyes when you felt the touch of his calloused fingers on your skin and sighed when the necklace was placed on you.
''I'm glad, it suits you.'' He kissed your neck affectionately and you closed your eyes, smiling.
Alexander leaned closer to your ear and whispered, ''When I heard the story about the opal⌠I knew it would have to be yours and yours alone.''
You opened your eyes and turned your head, looking at him. ''And what is this story?''
Alexander smiled widely and after kissing your forehead, he began to tell you both stories he had heard from the merchant. You just listened in silence, delighting in his words, with your sleeping children on your arm and the weight of the beautiful necklace around your neck.
Your small, loving family.

I saw that your putting out a choice for us to choose whether reader should be a virgin or not and it got me thinking of how Alexander would he care if reader was not a virgin I think he might be furious but I really donât know about his personal choice of virgin or not, but if it was about his obsession I do think he would rather want her to be a virgin it to be to be the only one, but I still really donât know, but in my opinion, he would be angry and pissed off I think. Maybe you could share some insights like a little hint of what his reaction would be
A little insight into how I think he yandere would react if she wasn't a virgin. Ah, this is not official from the fanfic, but just wanted to give you guys a treat and a warning about mild nsfw (not too descriptive):

''Alexander kissed (Y/N)'s neck tenderly, enjoying the taste of her skin. He purred and lightly bit the skin, eliciting a sigh from his new wife.
The conqueror's callused hands touched her bare breasts, his fingers pinching the hardened nipples, maybe from the cold or the excitement, it didn't matter. He stopped kissing (Y/N)'s neck and kissed the neck of her breast, while still pinching her nipples lightly, enough to be pleasant and not painful.
''HmâŚ'' (Y/N) moaned softly, feeling her arousal building and her core throbbing from the lack of touch. It had been so long since she had been touched in such an intimate way. Her hands, free of calluses, stroked her husband's blond hair, urging him to continue to adore her body.
''Someone is in need of her husband, I see.'' He chuckled and stopped pinching her nipples, finally taking her left breast into his mouth. (Y/N) groaned and threw her head back. Alexander suckled her breast like a starving man, taking his time and nibbling lightly on the nipple, earning a grunt from his Queen.
''FuckâŚ'' (Y/N) cursed and bit her lip, looking at Alexander who was grabbing her breast. She brought her right hand to her neglected, sensitive breast, massaging it the way she liked.
Alexander let go of her breast, all wet with his saliva and licked his lips, frowning at the sight of (Y/N) touching her own breast. He pulled back a little from her warm body and glared at her with a slightly irritated expression.
''What are you doing?''
(Y/N) opened her eyes and blushed to see Alexander staring at her intently, his mismatched eyes filled with doubt. What was happening? She frowned and stopped touching her breast and placed both hands in her lap.
''What do you mean?'' She asked shyly, fearing one more outburst from him. She'd seen enough and she didn't want another one, not now, not in such an intimate moment.
''Why are you touching yourself there?''
(Y/N) was even more confused and blinked a few times to make sure she got it right. ''How so?''
Alexander huffed, getting irritated. ''I asked why I was touching your breast when only I can do it?''
''Oh... Is it because it makes me feel good.''
Alexander felt the colors in his face fade. He closed his eyes and crossed his arms, straightening his posture, imposing himself over her.
''Are you a maiden?''
''What?!'' The voice (Y/N) was loud and disbelieving.
''I'll ask just one more time, are you a maiden? Have you ever had carnal relations with another man?''
Her expression fell, turning pale. He had never asked this before, so why now? She cleared her throat and replied, ''Why are you asking me this now?''
''Because it's important.''
''If this is about me touching my breast-''
He cut her off abruptly, ''It's not. Now answers honestly. And don't lie, you know I hate lies.
(Y/N) frowned and took a deep breath, closing her eyes tightly. ''No. I am not a maiden, as you say.''
Alexander was silent for what seemed like hours. Finally daring to open her eyes, (Y/N) almost jumped when she saw her husband, such a strange word for her, standing in front of her and staring into her face with pure hatred.
The kind of hatred that had only been reserved for enemies.
She stifled a scream when Alexander suddenly climbed onto the bed and pushed her hard in it, getting on top of her. (Y/N) had never felt so much dread, so much fear, in one moment and the fact that she was in a more vulnerable state made her even more cornered.
''Alexander, I-''
She was interrupted once more.
''Who?''
She blinked back the tears of terror and looked away. Alexander grabbed her chin hard, forcing her to look at him.
''WHO?'' His voice was getting louder and louder it hurt her ears. (Y/N) gulped and finally replied,
''That was a long time ago... It doesn't matter.'' She whispered, tears finally falling from her eyes.
There was no way she could answer that question. In fact, it had been a few years ago and she had lost her virginity to her first boyfriend. It didn't matter anymore, it had happened and she didn't regret it, anyway, she was an adult woman and she had had an active sex life, like many of her time, but now, seeing her husband's look full of jealousy, she knew she should regret it.
''I'll ask just one more time, my love.'' He scoffed at the endearing nickname. ''Who was the bastard who deflowered my wife?!''
(Y/N) flinched at the tone and closed her eyes tightly. Seeing this, Alexander tried to calm down a little, but he couldn't. He needed to get out of there, needed to interrupt his wedding night, before he did something to his Queen he would regret.
He could draw screams of pleasure from her later. Now, he needed to calm down.
(Y/N) opened her eyes when Alexander got up and put on a fur coat, she stared at him confused.
Without looking at her, Alexander pulled on his boots and replied in a low, deadly tone, ''I'll cool off. But make no mistake, I'll be back to deal with you.''
(Y/N) huddled in the fur blankets as he walked out of his tent, leaving her alone and scared. She knew what chilling him meant and she felt sorry for the poor soul who was going to be tortured.
That thought made her wrap herself in the blanket as if it were a shield that protected her from everything and everyone. But most importantly, her husband.''

Chapter 4
Perdiccas didn't know what to do with himself.
The macedonian general felt confused and troubled by the thoughts that were running through his head. He didn't understand why he was feeling this way about someone he had just met but couldn't help it.
There was something about this strange woman that appealed to him profusely.
He watched her like an eagle but kept silent as Alexander questioned her. She seemed quite calm, or so he thought, as she had answered all of Alexander's questions with unwavering grace and confidence. He respected that, respected that she hadn't shown fear even though she was clearly in a vulnerable position.
And when he learned her name it was like a weight had been lifted from his chest. (Y/N). A name he had never heard before but it suited her, suited her beauty. The way she spoke with so much softness and confidence, as a Queen would speak was one of the things that attracted the general's curiosity.
''(Y/N)âŚ'' Perdiccas whispered and was satisfied when the beautiful woman's name fell from his lips.
''What did you say?'' Ptolemy asked and leaned towards Perdiccas, who shook his head quickly.
''Nothing.'' He lied quickly and Ptolemy glared at him for a bit but turned his attention back to the King and (Y/N).
Perdiccas didn't need anyone to find out the thoughts that were in his head, not even his closest friends. There were things that were better left unsaid and he knew within himself that he should never speak what was on his mind about (Y/N). He was sure no one would understand, in fact, not even he understood his thoughts and feelings.
He turned his eyes to (Y/N) again who was escorted to the tent that would be assigned to her. Perdiccas watched her whimpering, wanting desperately to keep up but it wasn't smart to do so.
He clenched his fists as his fellow generals filed out of the King's tent and he promised himself that he would visit her later. Perdiccas needed to make sure she was okay, something inside him screamed that this was what he should do and, for some reason, the general didn't question it.
He closed his eyes and counted to twenty. This habit of counting to calm down has always worked since he was a small child. If he concentrated more, he could hear the sweet sound of his mother's voice telling him epic stories.
And how much he missed his mother. Perhaps she knew what he was supposed to do in this situation.
Perdiccas sighed heavily and left the tent and started walking aimlessly. He didn't know where he was going, he just knew he needed to distract his mind a little and he could choose between walking a little or a sword practice with Cleitus.
He chose the first option.
Not that he didn't like the older general, he did but he preferred to be alone. Cleitus would probably tell him not to stress, get a drink and a woman. The order didn't really matter.
Perdiccas had nothing against getting drunk and sleeping with a woman, but he wasn't in the mood for something like that today. At least not for now, there was the feast and he needed to talk to (Y/N) about something.
He just needed to find out what he needed to talk to her about. And most important of all, he needed to get her out of his head.

Visiting her tent hadn't been the smartest decision he'd made in his life.
Perdiccas was a general, a proud and skilled macedonian warrior. He knew how to wield a sword as well as he knew about diplomacy, maybe he wasn't as good a diplomat as Hephaestion, but he had his talents. And, modesty aside, he was an attractive man. And he knew it.
He knew all this but even so he felt cornered like a wounded animal when addressing the beautiful and strange (Y/N).
His heart broke when he saw her crying and he wanted to hug her and try to calm her down. He didn't understand why he felt that way about her, although he was considerate of others, Perdiccas never acted like that with anyone, not even with his friends from Mieza.
He felt a little better when she smiled at him. It was a forced and sad smile, but it was still an attempt at a smile and he promised himself that he would do everything to make the feast pleasant for her.
And for that to happen he would need to talk to his friends, to make sure they didn't do anything or say anything that made her more uncomfortable than she already was.
Which was why he was sitting on the couch in his tent, with his friends gathered, except for Alexander and Hephaestion who were talking about something he didn't know. He looked at them all and smiled faintly, Ptolemy, Cleitus, Philotas, Nearchus and Cassander.
He took a deep breath and started talking, ''I called you here because I have something important to talk about.''
Ptolemy looked into his friend's face and pursed his lips, ''And what is it about? I imagine it is not about any attempted conspiracy against our King and friend.'' This was Ptolemy's way attempt to lighten the mood and it paid off when everyone laughed.
''No, but it's always an idea!'' Perdiccas chuckled, ''But I want to talk about our guest. (Y/N).'' At the mention of her name, a suffocating silence fell and he swallowed hard.
''What about her?'' Cassander's dry, cold voice broke the silence.
Perdiccas frowned at Cassander's sly tone, ''Are you aware that she will be at the feast tonight?''
Everyone nodded hesitantly.
''We must be sure to make her as comfortable as possible.'' Perdiccas took a deep breath and continued, ''It is our duty.''
Philotas blinked in surprise and said in a voice full of disgust, ''Why?''
Perdiccas glared at him, ''Because we are not wild and uncivilized. She is our guest.''
''I wouldn't say guest, Perdiccas.'' Ptolemy's calm voice interrupted the argument about to form. ''We don't know her and she doesn't know us. We don't know anything about her, only that she is a stranger who appeared out of nowhere in our camp. ''
''Precisely and that's why we should be kind and also why Alexander is treating her like a guest. Our King knows how to be kind, but has he ever bestowed a tent, food and clothing on just anyone?'' No one replied and, satisfied with that, Perdiccas continued, ''We don't need to be cruel or act savage, she is not a threat and we should be courteous.''
''I agree with our friend.'' Cleitus replied and smirked as attention shifted to him, ''She appears to be harmless and, moreover, she is very pretty and appears to be polite. Even if she is a foreigner, we don't need to act so badly unless she poses a threat. ''
''I think the same, Cleitus.'' Nearchus replied with a laugh. ''She may be a stranger to us, but we can try to be kind and tolerant. There is nothing wrong with that.''
''So are we in agreement? Shall we do our best to make this feast something pleasant for her?'' Perdiccas finally asked and everyone thought for a moment.
''We are.'' Ptolemy replied and soon Cleitus and Nearchus did the same. Cassander and Philotas frowned a little but nodded in agreement with their friends.
Satisfied with the arrangement, Perdiccas finally felt lighter that day.

He had decided that he would try to be as gentle and calm as possible with her.
Perdiccas wanted to do a favor, a kindness, and sent two servants with some clothes and jewelry for (Y/N) to use at the feast.
Although she looked very pretty in what she was wearing, because she was, but it wasn't the appropriate type of outfit to wear to a banquet. Whatever that was, it definitely wouldn't be of good use for the occasion.
Perdiccas finally finished getting dressed and hoped he looked presentable. His hair was braided and one part loose and he wore a white chiton with some gold bands, along with some bracelets and wore his traditional sandal. He hadn't dressed up as much because he didn't think it was necessary, but he wanted to make a good impression on (Y/N).
The general got out of his tent and started walking towards (Y/N)'s tent. As he walked, he surveyed his surroundings and smiled when he saw that the soldiers were busy with bonfires, lots of wine, and small talk. Sometimes he and his comrades are like that.
Once he arrived in front of (Y/N)'s tent, he waited a few minutes to make sure she was dressed. Seeing her naked wasn't in his plans, but it wouldn't bother him. Shaking his head to rid himself of such thoughts, he entered when he had permission from (Y/N)
And he almost fell to his knees right there.
She just looked... Divine. Her face was clean and natural, with just a little bit of kohl applied to her eyes, bringing out the beautiful color in them. Her hair was done in a rather ordinary but very attractive hairstyle, showing off her neck which was adorned with a necklace that he had chosen himself. A beautiful gold necklace. And her clothing, oh, the chiton fit her perfectly and although it was long and covered her legs, Perdiccas could still catch a glimpse of her thighs when she turned around and the cleavage was subdued but pretty. He was sure if he got close to her he could catch a glimpse of her breasts, but he didn't.
Instead, he blushed a little without knowing why and smiled at her, which she returned with a shy smile that made Perdiccas' heart skip a beat.
He moved a little closer to her and offered his strong arm, which (Y/N) accepted, hooking hers in his.
''Are you ready?'' His voice was as low as a whisper and she nodded. Perdiccas began to guide her to Alexander's tent, the place where the feast would be held.
As they approached, Perdiccas could hear the noise of his friends' voices and he felt (Y/N)'s body tense. He stopped walking and forced her to look at him.
''You have nothing to worry about. You are under Alexander's protection and, dare I say, mine,'' he murmured, looking into her eyes tenderly, ''no one will dare to hurt you and I promise they will all be kind.''
''Thank you.'' She whispered, closing her eyes. ''For everything.''
Perdiccas smiles widely and in an act of weakness, he leans his forehead against hers.
''Whenever you need something, come to me or call me and I'll come to you.'' His voice was so low that it could barely be heard over the loud noises echoing from the King's tent. But they didn't care.
Perdiccas and (Y/N) didn't care because the only importance was themselves at that moment.

â lady l: and that ending there, huh?? I know it wasn't the feast, but I wanted to show Perdiccas pov, but don't worry, because the next chapter will be the feast and I promise A LOT of drama!! What did you think? I hope you enjoyed it and forgive me for any mistakes that went unnoticed. I love you all!! â¤ď¸
