How does the ‘The Pack Initiative’ a/b/o thing work in my mind?

Top dog is Apex Alpha. They’re often the leader of the region’s pack, and the leader of their own personal pack. These are the big guns. They’re normal alphas on a heavy dose of steroids, times seven.

Next is Alpha. They’re domineering, and often second in command to Apex. They can control their own packs, but are weaker in the pack’s eyes to an Apex.

Next is Omega! They’re the providers for the pack. They cook, hunt and provide childcare so their pack can flourish and can make important decisions. They are often easily submissive, but can flip that around if the pack/their pups (kids) are in danger. They go deadly. Good luck LMAO

Last is Beta. These are typically what we deem to be ‘humans’ and they’re in charge in overall society. It has been known for an alpha or omega to choose to have one in their pack, but it doesn’t happen incredibly often.

Omega’s have heats every three months.

Alpha’s have ruts every six months.

"BREAKING NEWS! The government-backed initiative to get half-breeds off the street has officially been shortened! Budget cuts mean the eight-week programme will be concluded early, ending tomorrow at noon. Now, here's Jackson with the weather."

"Thank you Eric. People should expect a large storm making its way-" Yoongi shuts off the radio, grumbling angrily as he tries to relax in the uncomfortable chair.

None of us were really listening anyway: we're too busy packing everything for us leaving tomorrow. Well, only around half of us were actually packing.

Jimin was still feeling nauseous from the pseudo-heat. Taehyung's hand hadn't even started healing. Namjoon had dropped and subsequently tripped over a box of Jimin's nesting materials and ended up twisting his ankle. Lastly, Yoongi was simply 'resting his eyes.' To be fair, Yoongi had been the one doing the most lifting and moving up until a couple of minutes ago, when he suddenly collapsed into the chair and slammed his eyes shut, grumbling.

"Let's all stop for a little while and talk about tomorrow." Jungkook suggests. He doesn't even wait for an answer, plopping down on the floor with his legs outstretched. I shake my head a little as he continues to lounge around on the floor, shuffling a few boxes out of the way before joining Namjoon on the sofa.

"There's nothing to talk about." Seokjin answers, throwing himself down next to me. Namjoon groans a little as the force throws him forward a little, pouting angrily.

"There is! We're going to be living together properly tomorrow and I'm still not comfortable peeing around you guys!"

"Please don't ever get comfortable peeing around me. I don't need that." I groan under my breath, adjusting to lean my shoulder against Seokjin's. He smiles gently, shuffling his leg to press against mine.

I like touching Seokjin. His omega's touch is soft and delicate despite his muscular appearance. I've said it once and I'll say it a million times, he would definitely be an apex omega if they existed.

"You don't wanna hold my hand while I pee? All omegas do is break your heart." My alpha begins fake-crying, hand clasped over his chest as if he's experiencing real pain from the heartbreak.

"I'll hold your hand while you pee, Jungkook." Jimin comforts, sending a wide smile his way. I inwardly giggle as his eyes resemble crescent moons, my inner omega crooning at the other omega's delight.

"The hand he's holding his dick with?" Hoseok chimes in, eyebrows furrowed in confusion as he looks between the pair. Everyone begins to laugh loudly, everything from cackles from Seokjin and wheezes from Yoongi can be heard.

"People have two hands Hobi!" Taehyung manages between hearty laughs, shaking his head as his grin lights up the room.

"My life goal is to be so comfortable with you guys that we hold eachother's dicks so the other can pee." Jungkook (hopefully) jokes.

"How are we gonna help Y/N pee?"

"You're not. Please don't ever expect to be with me while I pee and vice versa." I beg.

"Good luck with that, Namjoon likes to use the bathroom with the door open." Yoongi deadpans, nose scrunched in heavy displeasure. I unknowingly reflect that face, flashing my best 'WTF' face to Namjoon as he tries to stutter out an explanation.

We continue laughing and sharing jokes, trying our best to make the others comfortable with tomorrow looming over us. I hope it goes alright.
