(extended) summary: Ayteya Te Tskaha Rey'ka'ite, the proud niece of the Omatikaya's Tsahìk, Mo'at, and the esteemed cousin of Neytiri, possessed the heart of a fierce warrior and the skill of a seasoned hunter. In the aftermath of war against the sky people, Ayteya found solace in taking in a young orphan named Spider, nurturing him as if he were her own kin. Sixteen long years have passed since then, and Ayteya's world is about to be shattered once again as she confronts the harsh reality that the sky people have returned, and one of them just so happens to be connected to Spider, despite the Colonel’s persistent denial.
