Revamp

Hello! So after reading my first chapter of "The Witches Vow" I have decided I am not all happy with it, it moved too quickly and I honestly just have realized I am not as happy with it as I was when I originally posted! As a huge apology, I will be posting chapters one and two back to back. I hope this revamp of chapter one can provide a better look into the world and the setup I have.

Hello! Hi! I was just wondering if you could explain a little about the world the Witches Vow is set up in!

Hey Anon!

  Thank you for the ask and I can certainly let you know! So how this world works is it's very much like our own, only supernatural and magic is common. As a result there are a lot of supernatural creatures calling it home! Some examples are

Witches

Fae

Banshee's

Hellhounds

Familiars

Hybrids

Shifters

Angel and Demon hybrids.

Vampires

Sirens

Just to name a few! Now with so many creatures there are naturally rules that are in place for each. For example a witch can't perform love spells or use their magic to kill. A vampire can't eat from an unwilling party. Sirens can't lure people to their death. Hybrids, familiars, hellhounds and shifters are viewed more animal due to their animalistic instincts and as such are still viewed as animals and must have an owner (though this is something that many are fighting to change)
