Therapists HAVE to be actually bad for you. Unless they are like some of the top psychologists/psychiatrists and VERY intelligent and good at what they do. Otherwise why are you letting somebody who majored in social work with a 2.9 GPA and who keeps an australian shepherd in a 1 bedroom apartment all day tell you how to live your life.

therapy is so parasitic i stroke their ego for 1 hour every week and they get a god complex and $300. I leave retraumatized with shit/stock advice. like i wouldn't want to talk to you for more than 5 min if we met irl the fact that i'm baring my soul to you goes against human nature
