so. the joke is that in russian words glide and plan r the same word
like in eng fly can be both verb and a noun (insect)
there's similar situation
so one person wrote 'omori is gliding' and the other thought they meant 'planning' and they asked 'what the fuck is he planning'
and the response (the last phrase) is 'HAHAHHA everything goes as planned'
