cucurucho as the first server npc we meet gets funnier as time goes on because like, they’re a creepy little cryptic weirdo. but since you haven’t met any other federation workers, you think maybe all federation workers are like that. and then you meet more fed workers and they’re just some guys. so okay, maybe it’s like an administrator thing. and then you meet more administrators and they’re also not like that. and at some point you have to accept that cucurucho is just a weird offputting freak even by federation standards, and we should appreciate this more
