Artemis: "Are your hearts all beating" is a very specific turn of phrase. I'm not generally superstitious, but the Irishman in me wants to hedge my bets on this particular answer.

Holly: Commodore? I'm still just a major, Anon. Not that I want to be a desk jockey. I'm more than content tracking down members of ACRONYM with Artemis. So, I guess I am busy. Those fairy-haters are more resilient than cave roaches.
Holly: Thanks! I do like this hairstyle (Juliet suggested it), but I usually try a new one every few months. We'll see how long this one lasts.

To Mod, which 6 people from the Artemis Fowl cast make the perfect celebrity panel for a game show like the Match Game?
Mod: Thank you for making me watch part of an old TV show to understand what you’re asking. People were laughing and I had no idea why. From what I gathered from the Match Game, the people on the celebrity panel have to be witty and personable but not necessarily smart. Which I think is par for the course on most celebrity shows.
With that in mind, I’d put Holly, Mulch, Foaly, Butler, Juliet, and Beckett. The rest, I feel, would care too much about winning. Except No.1, but I’m not sure he’d understand the game.

Thank you guys so much! I’m so happy that so many people are finding joy in the parts I took joy in making (I took special care to include the lollipop). People also seem to be OK with the little bits I changed, and I’m relieved.
Even though I’m going to see the movie, the integrity of these books and their core messages of friendship, redemption, and mental health is very important to me. Comics have always been my way of expressing how much I like something, and I hope that comes across in this one. :D

I've managed to open the ask box.
And I think I've blocked the MOD out of the blog for a small period of time.
You can leave any question you want, but be warned. The MOD will have access to all the questions and answers once she-- she?-- regains control. I don't know what will happen to me when she does, but I'm convinced the alternative will be worse.
Because of this, I won't be able to answer freely, as I don't want to show my hand. But I and the others will help where we can.
artemis, have you ever read any fanfictions about yourself?
Artemis: I'm not interested in the hypotheses strangers have about my life. If people wrote fanfiction about you, would you read them?
Artemis: Hmmm... an interesting postulation. I suppose having more familial responsibilities could have prompted me to be safer in my criminal exploits-- or perhaps I would have sent my sibling to live far away, out of harm. After all, everything I have done has been for the sake of the Fowl legacy.
The person this would have influenced most would be Juliet. She would have been put in charge of my siblings before ever having a wrestling career, which has greatly shaped her character.
And perhaps Mother wouldn't have fallen ill the way she had if there had been a young one to care for-- and this is all under the assumption my siblings would not be taking in part in the family business, which is a whole other matter entirely-- yes, an interesting hypothetical indeed.
