First Halloween hint...
This one feels like it was obvious but I had SO much fun putting it together. Assembling him from pieces of different interpretations across different media (animation, a video game, three different live action movies, and a graphic novel) ultimately reminded me of a different Batman graphic novel, A Serious House on a Serious Earth. (Alan Moore developing Arkham Asylum is one of the best things that happened to the Batman lore at large and that's the fandom hill I'll die on today.) But importantly, you want some bar pictures?
The top before cure and after post cutting. I am THRILLED with it.
I was attempting to get a "grin" effect in the middle with the white but it didn't take, so in the future it will be included it in the drop swirl with the purple and green.

Bar reveal time! Meet Towards Peace, aka Megatron of Transformers fame.
I blame my bestie for me nicknaming this character/soap Grandpa War Crimes, so anytime I've had trouble with this bar (and I have, getting its design finalized around the "eyes" soap canes was a Thing) led to me angrily announcing "GRANDPA" more times than I'll ever admit.

I don't have any cut pictures of the soap yet, but here's the reveal for Friday's hint: Loyal Royal Subjects! It smells like bergamot and black tea, and it looks roughly like a crown. (The top is actually the bottom!)
Which way is up with Loyal Royal Subjects? I'll let you decide if you pick up a bar for yourself!
Update on the This is Halloween collection-
Had a bit of a day here at Chez Geek, both in and out of the lab, and unfortunately remembering that I needed to jump ahead in the schedule dropped off my plate until bedtime last night. Rather than rush out something, I'll post something I'm proud of later today.

Friday's bar reveal!
I'm so pleased with how this soap turned out. The fragrance is DELICIOUS, though I can't take credit for that. The design is exactly how I imagined it when I was picturing the line!

Late post today, chics and geeks. Two fairs in as many weekends took it out of me more than I anticipated. Inventory on the website is updated: Breakwater is out of stock and will need a few weeks to get back in, and if you want Pumpkin King from This is Halloween I'd get a move on as it's half gone already.
A gentle reminder that TiH is a limited run and there are no preorders. When something is out, it's gone. As of this week my energy moves to prepping for the end of year release and making the basement smell like Christmas for the next couple months!
