Like, in every episode when they are just chilling, you notice that when he emotes very vividly, it's like the animators decided "You know what, let's have his character react like his VA" the dude that played Cyborg in the OG Teen Titans I guess used to always go all out when acting and it shows through our man Cyborg, because his reactions are always something BIG, and Exaggerated in a comedic way that isn't seen as too overbearing or underbearing.
