first, i went through all seven (7) stages of grief during this

so i’d say that this isn’t really an au but it’s definitely something. think the 2012 boys if they were raised very traditionally japanese (like that their first language is japanese and they observe it’s customs or smth). in this they’re very vain and try very very hard to maintain their clothes and makeup. like they take multiple hours to get ready lol. just like splinter gave them their masks and weapons, he also gave them their hair accessories. idk don’t think about it too hard this was an excuse to draw obis.
