Last Morning (2023)

My reflections on the Poems of Kenji Miyazawa. This is an illustration for his poems "Pine needles" and “The morning of the Last Farewell”, which he wrote in memory of his younger sister Toshiko in 1922.

けふのうちにとほくへいってしまふわたくしのいもうとよみぞれがふっておもてはへんにあかるいのだ
