Tostones

Through the ancient magic I have found a restaurant near where I live with actually good tostones, they managed to get the inside just soft enough, I’m in love, and they have yuca fries. All my fellow latinas living in the middle of nowhere with nothing remotely Hispanic except for horrible “Mexican” restaurants called “ Uncle Joe’s” or something know the feeling. ( I got really specific towards the end but the point is the same)
