My Oc lighter pax is a bit of an old Oc, he was one of the first next generation kids.

He wandered for a bit until coming to a empty parking lot where he found lighter, Kris accidentally activated the car alarm making lighter panic and transform in-front of him. The two where both run aways and so stuck together for the night until Noah and mirage found them the next morning at a old campsite.
