Your bio says requests are open, but Idk what kind of fics you write and I can't find any rules anywhere, so just ignore this request if it violates your rules or something. Could you do headcanons (or a short scenario, whichever you want) for Vladimir taking care of his human mate who is sick?
Vladimir would not understand the concept of a cold. He would eye you suspiciously and stay away for the first, let's say, 40 days. Just kidding, Ștefan would intervene and force him to attend to you, both because he cares about you and because he isn't too fond of sick humans, even if he knows vampires are safe.
Once Vladimir decides to help you, he does some extensive research on medicines and other remedies. He is amazed and taken aback by the ability of human doctors to cure illnesses.
This new-found faith in humanity leads to Vladimir not accepting the fact that there is no cure for the common cold.
If his mate had the common cold, may the gods help them. Vladimir will literally do anything to relieve their discomfort.
He will run to the chemist's and buy some drugs, then to the supermarket. He will ask every and each store clerk what they would buy for a sick loved one. In the end he will purchase some vegetables, fruits, tea and a new cozy blanket.
He would put the fire pit to use and cuddle with you while keeping you occupied, reading to you ancient stories or telling you anecdotes about his time as a king/emperor.
Their mate would love this because of the warmth of the fire but also the coldness of his chest. Cuddling with a vampire in front of the fire is like the most perfect of the cuddling scenarios.
If his mate has something more serious than the common cold, then Vladimir would force them to go to the best doctors in the country. He would bring along Ștefan, the designated driver.
He is very caring and loving and patient. He would stay by your side all the time until you fell better.
He would drop some hints about how awesome immortality is, and his mte would shot him a dark glare at first, but then they would slowly warm up to the idea.
Vladimir has lived through wars and other horrors, so he isn't afraid of the gross aspects of being sick. He would let you rest while he happily cleans. And this is coming from a former king/emperor, so it's a very big thing.
He would shower you with gifts. Simple things yet very delicate and effective, like a bath bomb of your favorite scent to make you look forward to bath time, or a snack of your liking to make you start eating normal again.
