She’s the quiet one of the friend group at The Rain. She somehow got adopted by the two extroverts way back in high school and has been friends with Deedee and Bro ever since. She finds herself usually being the mediator between the two. When she isn’t with her friends she’s probably nose deep into a fantasy novel. She’s the biological daughter of Alphys and Undyne, who are living a cozy peaceful life on the surface working together at a local school.

So every now and then for fun I like to experiment with making aus for my au lol, especially role swap aus. After putting UnboundTale into the StoryShift formula I realized how ironic and frikin perfect Ubt!Shift is lol. A lot of the roles just fall into place in the best way lol. I’ll probably make a post in the future going into more detail about Ubt!Shift cuz I’ve been having a lot of fun coming up with designs for it.

I wanted to draw the the Unbounded group with their new members, in this case consisting of Ila who takes Tabby’s role, Deedee who takes Calli’s role, and Echo who takes Exo’s role. Two furries and a skeleton becomes a buncha robot lesbians lol. I wanna draw this version of Ila specifically more in the future, she’s got a cute Halloween goth aesthetic. It’s not rlly shown in this particular pic but she got a buncha blanket ghost motifs to her design and I love it, because she’s still an Alphyne child and Alphys is Nabstablook in StoryShift. The fact that Tabby was a robot and StoryShift Undyne is Mettaton also fit perfectly to make Ila a robot lol.

There’s a good chance I’ll draw Ubt!Shift Deedee more in my pink book cuz I quite like this design, though I have drawn Calli already in this book so I have a feeling most of this sketchbook is just gonna be a buncha different versions of her lol.

I was looking through one of my old sketchbooks, and I found this doodle page I did of my girl Ila with her Moms and was inspired to redraw some of them/draw up some more. I don’t think I ever made a proper illustration of all three of them together yet, and I also need to see some more wholesome domestic Alphyne content in my life, so perfect excuse for this!
