well ulfric was Okay at first and perhaps even nice to her even tho tharya never aligned with his “skyrim is for the nords” ideology she felt he- -was the lesser evil. she does well for the stormcloaks and ulfric personally but for a lot of her time serving him he actually ends up being under some thalmor mind control sooooooo he ends up being super duper mean- -and aggressive towards her. eventually in sic parvis magna despite still calling herself stormhand and therefore ulfric's kin she decides- -she needs to kill him and does so. in his final moments he is free of the mind control and confused as to what's happening and why her blade is through his chest SO overall i think tharya holds a lot of guilt about ulfric. in no way was he perfect but at the end she realized that a lot of his aggro- -behavior was not entirely his own doing. she thinks maybe she could've changed his mind about some things if she had done better by him- -even if he was a racist bitch. she continues calling herself stormhand despite not being a huge fan of ulfric to keep that guilt- omnipresent in her mind. so she'll never forget how she believes she failed skyrim and failed ulfric. skyrim tes v skyrim tes v oc ldb tharya stormhand
