Screaming because I might've accidentally aborted the No Mercy route in Undertale Yellow and I don't wanna do it all over again pleaseeeee. I've already struggled getting to Axis, I don't wanna struggle again ðŸ˜
I did, in fact, abort the route. So take this as a lesson people, the steamworks still counts, you gotta kill the robots too.

TAKE THAT MARTLET AHAHAHAHAHAHAH (I spent so long on this fight thank goodness)
Undertale Yellow Genocide Route Tips (From someone who messed up the route and had to retry 3 separate times.)
This took so long to make just because I was stuck on the final fight.
(spoilers, but each section is marked and I will avoid spoiling future fights in the section before.)
General Grinding
Make sure to not grind too early.
Throughout areas, you encounter new monsters. You want to be able to encounter the ones that get you the most EXP. Grinding in the first rooms of the area limits the amount of EXP you gain, and consequently your HP and attack with it.
It's best to fight the mini boss of the area. (Specifically speaking of Decibat and El Bailidor.)
Grind in every area.
I had to restart a run because I thought I didn't have to kill all the robots in the steamworks. Don't be like me and accidentally abort the route in the last place you can possibly abort the route. (It's quite frustrating.)
Be wise with your healing items and think through what you use for each battle carefully.
Ceroba's Fight
Don't panic when you lose some max health, it's only lost during the fight.
First attack always tries to trap you, but it is avoidable if you see it coming. Going to the top middle of the box after the red beams makes everything easily avoidable for this attack.
Second attack is always whirlpool flowers thingy. I find it easiest to dodge that attack by going to the top of the box.
I'm gonna stop counting attacks from here because I don't see the need to describe them all.
I've memorized the pattern for the attack where the flowers circle around and then explode. It goes orange, blue, blue, orange, blue, and orange. The harder version later is the version I don't have memorized.
For the one with the big flower that shoots out small flowers while circling the box, I tend to just look at my soul, which makes it easier to judge the best course of movement, somehow.
The pattern for floating up flowers is blue, orange, blue, orange on the left, blue on the right.
For pillars, the order the spike balls appear in is the order they descend. Knowing that can give the chance to escape the red beam in the middle. All the flowers except the last one to explode on the right are blue.
After that, it cycles between previous attacks until you get Ceroba to under half health
Once she's under half health, Ceroba's attacks increase in difficulty, and you can't touch the edge of the box. That's really it.
Axis' Fight
The biggest advice I have for him is SAVE YOUR HEALING ITEMS.
That doesn't mean don't heal. That means using items that don't heal very much health.
His fight is short. Having healing items that heal less than 30 HP is ideal. (Gravity Granola is a good healer, save those.)
Focusing on attacking isn't necessary for this battle.
Martlet's Fight
Her fight KICKED MY BUTT. I literally just finished the fight ten minutes ago (as of writing this post). So my advice for her isn't the best.
Make sure you have the patch downloaded. It adds a healing action and genuinely made this fight possible for me.
Auto-shoot is ideal to have on so you can focus on dodging.
Try your best to save healing items since there are two phases.
Martlet's attacks are not at all like Sans'. Sans' attacks are more like platformers where you just have to memorize the attack pattern. Martlet, on the other hand, is much more bullet hell styled. Figuring out a general pattern that works for you is the best bet. Because of that, I can't give specific directions of where to go.
Her fight will be rough, but good luck!
Those are the tips I have, so happy suffering!
Really, Undertale was the reason I became more accepting. It was the first major fandom I joined and it really helped open my eyes. I really appreciate this game, thanks Toby.

I have changed a lot from the kid I was when I was 13. Any type of love apart from cis/hetero relationships used to not compute for me, and now I'm out to 5 people in my day-to-day life. And honestly, I do kind of owe it a little bit(a whole lot) to Undertale for opening up a different life path. I could have ended up really freaking stupid and probably super depressed without it.
Thank you, Sans Undertale.
Thank you Sans Undertale we all say in unison
