he has a cunty little desk that's organised so tightly you feel your finger will snap if you try to nudge a pencil out of place. his personal management skills are just as air-tight and a little scary. his people-facing smile is as glassy and foreboding as the smiles you see businesswomen do in american movies

when tsurumi's on a firing streak, usami gets to break the news to each human casualty. never over email, always on call/in person. and he does it gladly. he pushes the "send" on that meeting invite like this

just did usami in another ask! here, i'd like to add that usami's shit at technology. he pesters the helpdesk daily. him and sugimoto are rivals for most passwords lost, most accounts mysteriously deleted, longest time and most tech support taken to set up their corporate VPNs. one time usami has a problem so esoteric that he has to speak directly to ogata, a basement-floor-dwelling systems admin whose ability to speak human deteriorates with each day on the payroll.
