how to get in the state if i wanna manifest my sp?

bc i imagine him and me together but i cant feel happy or etc when i think about this

If you want get a small scene to visualize, not too long (5-10 mins maybe) and even if you don’t get into the feeling 100% is fine. Try to do often. I remember when I also visualized it took me a while to get into the state. But even if you don’t feel it, it can help you get into a better state of believing, your mind will start recreating some thoughts and beliefs. It’s a process, it won’t happen overnight but after a while you will get into it. Make sure you persist and not give up.
