Omg, you made the meaning for Baochen so much more deeper and beautiful yet somewhat tragic ;-; I imagine Wen Ning naming him and thinking about everyone he loves and their wishes for the Wen Sect, specially Wei Wuxian's, for it became the kind and honorable sect it once was, he must have let out such a bittersweet yet gentle smile when Wen Mao came of age and WN gave A-Mao his courtesy name. True! Wen Ning would try to be more positive, I believe, when naming him, different from Lan Wangji. Maybe he thought A-Yuan would be A-Mao's other half, like how Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian thought they would be the Twin Heroes of Yunmeng, (... ;-;) because A-Yuan would, too, in a way, be a new hope for Wen Sect alongside Wen Mao. I am sure they grew up as like the most closest of the siblings haha

Hi! Sorry i didn’t answer your previous ask, i just want to draw smth but i’m a bit busy haha ^^”No, Wen Mao do not have another names. Actually i’m not good in creating names ^^” I named him “Wen Mao” because it’s Wen Sect Founder’s name and i thought it would be kinda symbolic. A-Mao is a new hope of Wen clan! But i never thought about  courtesy name for him… If ypu have any ideas, I’m open to suggestions! xD
