I feel like both Buck and Tommy have always considered themselves “get out of bed right away” people like they don’t typically lie around after waking up they’ve got things to do! and life to experience! and then they get to together and suddenly there’s a whole lot of life to experience under the covers in the am

i like to imagine the first time they sleep over at the other’s place (whether that be the loft or tommy’s house)
they just. sleep in until noon. which freaks them both out because they’re both ‘wake up at like 5 in the morning’ people
buck wakes up at 12:30 and has to shake tommy awake like ‘tommy. tommy. babe wake up it’s 12 o’clock.’
‘mmhgn??? what?’
‘tommy it’s noon.’
WHAT HOW
‘i don’t know but i think i just had the best nights sleep i’ve… ever gotten???’
‘you don’t have anything to do today right?’
no why
‘you wanna just stay in bed the rest of the day?’
absolutely
and then they fall back asleep and wake up at 3 in the morning; messing up their sleep schedules for the next like week

Now this is my most hard and detailed artwork. It took me two years to finish this because when I sketched it and started coloring I realised that it will be soooo damn long to complete this, that I gave up and quit drawing. (but lower half was made in a week or so tho)
